About Us:

Strife is a semi-hardcore raiding guild dedicated to assembling a formidable Heroic 10-man raid team. Led by a Guild Master/Raid Leader with extensive Race to World First experience, spanning from Tomb of Sargeras in Legion to Battle for Dazar'alor in Battle for Azeroth, our foundation consists of a group of friends from a previous guild. We aim to excel in content progression while adhering to our designated raid schedule.

Currently Recruiting:

We are always actively seeking dedicated players to join our roster. Our objective is to maintain a team of 12 members to ensure flexibility and continuity during raids, accommodating occasional absences and optimizing composition and loot distribution.

Raid Schedule:

• Wednesday: 9:00 pm - 12:30 am EST
• Thursday: 9:00 pm - 12:30 am EST
• Monday: 9:00 pm - 12:30 am EST (alt run)

We do reschedule raids from time to time depending on raid release day, and holidays.

Loot System:

We utilize a Loot Council system overseen by the Guild Master, an Officer, and a rotating Raider, leveraging RCLootcouncil for transparency and fairness.

Expectations:

• Punctual and consistent attendance
• Arriving prepared with gems, enchants, and consumables (flasks, food, etc.)
• Familiarity with boss encounters through prior research (videos, guides, etc.)
• Proficiency in your class mechanics
• Active participation on Discord for guild and raid updates
• Commitment to continuous improvement outside raid hours
