Sauna, Westfall US-NA PVE - Alliance, is recruiting mature players that strive to clear content efficiently and have a team over individual mentality. Sauna strives to clear content well and reasonably quick in order to respect players' time and effort.

Current Progress Naxx/Maly/OS #3 server, cleared first night.

Classic Progress: BT/Hyjal #10 server, cleared first week. SSC/TK #14 server, killed Vashj after 4 weeks. Gruul/Mag #9 server, completed week 2.

Raid Nights:

Team Sweat - Competitive - Hardcore. Split Alt required.

Team Chill - Non Competitive - Semi Hardcore

Raider Expectations:

• Maintain a team over individual mentality and be emotionally mature
• Perform at a high level and min/max their character
• Come prepared to raid: Full consumes/enchants/gems and knowledge of fights
• Utilize required addons as needed
• Maintain > 90% attendance and be on time (attendance taken Wed/Thurs, additional day may be added one week a phase for progress)
• Learn from mistakes and work to improve. Work with others in the guild or those in your class discord for guidance.
• Understand that they may be benched because a fight favors a class more than another and respect the decisions that improve overall team success
• Communicate thoughts/suggestions/concerns in a professional/mature way.
